OpenLogix Management consists of executives from the IT industry with an average industry experience of over 15 years each and a total industry experience of over 50 years combined. Their experiences vary from Automotive to Healthcare to Telecom and have worked for major corporations and for major consulting companies before starting up OpenLogix.

Steve Lokam, Sr. Principal & Co-Founder

Steve Lokam co-founded OpenLogix in 2006. His main role includes Technical Sales, Marketing, Technical Delivery of projects. He has over 17 years of experience in the IT Industry. His expertise and interests include Programming, User Experience, Portals, Analytics, Commerce, SOA, BPM and Mobile. Before OpenLogix, Steve started another Consulting firm in 1994 which grew to a 1500 employee company . Steve did his Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management in India, Masters in Computer Science from Wayne State University and MBA from Ross School of Business at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Steve loves travel, football and he is avid badminton player.
 

Ramani Lokam, Sr. Principal & Co-Founder

Ramani Lokam

Ramani co-founded OpenLogix with Steve Lokam. She is involved mostly in consulting with customers on IBM WebSphere and SOA products, solution delivery management, outsourcing, technical enablement, technical presales, finance and administration. She has over 13 years of experience in the IT Industry in various roles including programmer, systems analyst, business analyst, technical lead, educator and mentor. Her expertise and interests include SOA, B2B, Business Systems Analysis, Design and Application Development. Before OpenLogix, Ramani worked as a Director, Software Services Group at Miracle Software Systems. Ramani did her Bachelors in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Andhra University, India and Masters in TeleCommunications & Networking from University of Louisiana, Lafayette. Ramani loves community service, volunteering, cricket, listening to devotional, indian classical & AR Rahman’s music and cooking.
 

Sarah M. Brush, Sales and Business Development

Sarah started with OpenLogix in 2006. She was with the company since the inception of the company. Sarah is responsible for Sales, Business Development and Customer Experience management. She also does our event management at various IBM trade shows and manages the relationship with IBM. Before joining OpenLogix she was responsible for Franchise sales and management at Hungry Howie’s Pizza. She also has experience in the retail industry, while she managed at Abercrombie and Fitch. She has a Bachelors in Corporate Communications from Michigan State University’s College of Communication Arts and Sciences. She loves her cats, music, and she is a huge college sports fanatic, tennis and hockey lover. She is also a supporter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the Michigan Humane Society.
 

Krista Valentine, Sales and Marketing

Krista has been part of the OpenLogix team since 2009, focused on helping clients with their consulting needs around IBM’s SOA, BPM, Portal, and Commerce offerings. She manages the local WebSphere User Group and is a Certified IBM WebSphere Solutions, WebSphere Portal and Lotus Solution Sales Professional. Before joining OpenLogix, Krista’s experience worked another IBM Business Partner, selling services in JAVA/ J2EE development, Business Integration, e-Commerce, ERP systems (SAP), Portals, Business Intelligence, and SOA for over 7 years. Krista is an avid reader, dog-lover, loves travel and an annual supporter of the American Cancer Society’s “Making Strides Against Breast Cancer” event.
 

Harry Ho, Mobile Enterprise Solutions Developer

Harry joined OpenLogix in 2012 as a Mobile Enterprise Solutions Developer. He is the lead of mobile development and mobile enterprise enablement. He is responsible for mobile enabling companies through mobile application engineering and mobile strategy planning. He is also the resident expert on IBM Worklight and IBM Mobile Foundation. Before his time at OpenLogix, Harry served as a Sergeant and Infantry Squad Leader in the United States Marine Corps. Harry was honorably discharged and left with multiple awards and citations to include a Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal with Combat Distinguishing Device (Combat “V”) and a Purple Heart. Harry is also a musician and technology enthusiast. He is a hobby web developer, blogger, and 3D Artist/Animator.
 

Cindy Belanger, HR & Operations

Cindy joined OpenLogix in 2010 and her main role in the company is focused on HR and Operations. She handles various activities including employee management & collaboration, accounting, personnel administration and payroll among other functions. She has over 18 years experience in management with expertise in Human Capital Management, Operations, Accounting and Marketing. Before joining OpenLogix, she was an Operations/Human Resource Manager and Membership Director at a private country club as well as an extended day program Manager and Supervisor in the Plymouth-Canton school district. She also co-founded and was Business Manager of a small specialty restaurant in 1996. Cindy received her Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Siena Heights University in 1992. She enjoys baking, reading and travel.
 

Rick Pardy, Inside Sales

Rick joined OpenLogix in 2007 as a Business Development associate. He currently leads a team of inside sales people supporting various clients across the country. He is mainly responsible for lead generation and opportunity management. His interests and expertise include Sales, Marketing, Business Networking and Offshoring. Rick has a bachelors in Computer Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in India and an MBA with a major in Management Information Systems from Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. Rick likes watching movies and loves to dance, read books and ride his Honda motorcycle.
 

Brad Sobie, Applications Developer

Brad Sobie

Brad joined OpenLogix in 2012 and his role in the company is developing web and mobile applications. He has his degree in Software Engineering and has a passion for visual design. Before joining OpenLogix, he has done freelance work with many non-profit organizations, real estate agents, and LLC’s to develop an online presence. Outside of OpenLogix, Brad enjoys drumming and spending time with his friends.
